    Hi urbanec, thanks for the comment. Unfortunately this was accomplished as a result of a glitch in the 3d planner which doesn't exist anymore. Basically if you set the ceiling height at say 3metres, you could then add beams and features, and then redo the ceiling height at 8m and they would all stay where you had left them. Now they will jump to the new height of the ceiling. There are some architectural features such as the balconies and ceilings that allow you to hint at double height rooms, but nothing that works quite the way this used to.
